Well the Supreme Court is not going to hear the Pa. case however according to the Preacher here this is good news because I guess they're taking the Texas lawsuit that is suing all the swing States and I guess that several other states have joined Texas in the lawsuit.

Iowa's Attorney General, Tom Miller, wanted to join the lawsuit also.....on the WRONG SIDE. Friggin Tom Miller has requested the Governor to do so. She won't let it happen.
