What spark plugs?

I bust a plug in my 409 the other day whilst removing it, It is a delco R43XLS. I figure I am going to change all 8 as I have covered quite a lot of mileage this year. Thing is delco plugs are not available here so does anyone have an NGK or Champion number which is an equal heat range for the delco's? I was thinking BP8ES NGKs or is this to cold?
Any input wlcome!
