    CNC Head Development - BWR

Yeah, Larry was my main reference, he's done quite a bit of testing in this area. I run a blown blow through carbed 432 bbc out at Bonneville and picked up some power with this approach. Well said, yeah it gets a bit simpler with cnc with its natural ribs plus the possibility to change tool feed...

    CNC Head Development - BWR

Very nice work! Yeah, on the obove mentioned port finish. I know more than one very respected head developers/porters that use chipped/bent agressive aluminum burs , NO sand paper rolls at all for the final finish on the intake and are getting pretty amazing HP increases on the dyno. It doesn't...

Those are some really good HP numbers for such conservative duration. You should get decent mileage as well especially with your efi. The past week I've been driving around in a '61 with 409/4spd and 3.36s.. It has dual quads and a hyd roller version of the 425hp cam. Taking it easy on the hwy...

You should be ecstatic, that thing is going to fly...;) I looked on their website but didn't see your grind. Was curious what the .050 duration numbers where.

Yeah, that should be a great cam for your efi. Is yours still a stock stroke? I got a '30 model A Tudor that I'm about to start the build on. My cam is a bit bigger, but still a hyd roller and mild compared to some of these guys..;)

Fiberglass parts needed for the 62 Impala?

I got a good buddy that can make any part you need in Carbon fiber....it will cost a bit, but you'll have the strongest and lightest parts out there and fit perfect

offenhauser 2x4 intake and flow rates

I know most guys on here are running dual quads, but what about the single 4bbl for the big heads? I have one on the shelf and was planning on running it at first on a stock stroke motor....are they capable of 450hp??? The runners do have way to many 90 degree bends in them...;(

    Cam replacement

Yeah, I use Bullet for our race cams and regrinds as well(302 GMC for example) . I have a Bullet solid roller in our blown 432ci BBC in our Bonneville car, its a bit hairy at 284/292 @ .050 and .772/.722lift....it DOESN'T make much vacuum...;)...but makes good boost! Yeah, my model A was at...

Street Rodder??...Them's fightin words in my camp...;) There is absolutely no street rod in any of my cars. Billet and bling is not allowed. Here's my sedan, same laquer paint and upholstry since the 60s, straight axle, ladder bars in the back, no hood sides of course, bare bones hotrod....I do...
