I bought a PCV conversion kit from Show Cars Automotive part number 7300 for my 348. Has anyone installed this kit on their engines? If so, how did it run? Did you have to tune the carburetor differently? Did you have to buy an oil breather tube?

Changed the oil with STP 20W-50 conventional with STP ZDDP additive. I adjusted the front carburetor screws turning them 1/4 turn inwards. Will turning the adjustments screws make a difference whether excess gas is getting the oil?

Update: Fuel pump has been replaced. The light is still flashing at idle. I plan on changing the oil to see if there is a difference.

It was painted PPG Omni Plus Brazen Orange Metallic with PPG Clear. Primer/Sealer brand unknown. Car painted in 2017.

I am noticing on the right side of the roof scallop the paint is starting to blister. I chipped it off no rust just black paint primer sealer I guess. Do you recommend to have the entire roof re-painted or just spot paint. Has anyone on here run into this situation?

Noticed on the top of the fuel pump was some wetness. Does that mean the diaphragm failed?

Update the oil light flashed again. Replaced the new sending unit. Any ideas? I did see some residue on the top of the fuel pump.

Installed oil pressure sensor, started up the car and let it idle after warm up no light came on. Going to keep checking.

Valve cover install is done. Cut off the tabs since my valve cover gaskets and used Permatex #2 gasket sealant on valve cover then gasket and buttoned it down. No leaks so far.

I noticed a leak on the rear part of the driver side head so I am replacing both valve cover gaskets. I bought a pair of Best gasket brand valve cover gaskets. I tried to line them up on the valve cover but noticed they had some tabs on them and cut them off. What are the purpose of the tabs on...
