    Back in '64

In 64 I was about 9 and swinging on the swings in the local city park that was built by Steven Foster. I was watching every brand new 64 big Pontiac go down the street. I couldn't figure out where the red tail lights were on the 64 Grand Prix? I was on the swings for hours and about 8 pm it was...

    Neutral safety switch

I would get a small piece of sheet metal and cut it to fit into the plug that goes into the switch. Then tape it up and push it back into the dash. Those things are like resisters in the starting circuit. You will be amazed at how quickly your stock starter starts the engine. Another nice...

    Rear Disc Brake Calipers

The drum brakes work perfectly on a solid rear end. They have a self energising effect thats hard to beat. The main issue with the drums is the self adjusters making one side tighter then the other. I remove the self adjusters and jack the rear end off the ground and run the car while looking...

They choke the circuit so the solinoid can't close as tight as it needs to to allow enough current to go to the starter. I just had the factory starter in my 454 rebuilt...

Baum blvd was were the first new car show rooms were, it was called Auto Row. People had big money here...

    '64 Bel Air on Hemmings

Very nice car! The detail on the suspension is excellent. This is the perfect car for the guy who wants one to drive to car shows with the family but doesn't have the time to build one. It has updates to make it a better driver and give the driver a confident feeling. I've owned them and...

Thank you for accepting my application for membership.

I have a 1969 el Camino SS396 with a 78 454 truck mill. I keep it stock looking but updated the suspension. I used First generation Rally wheels with 225/70-15 Cooper tires. It is such a fun car, I usually take the long way home and sometimes twice lol. We had a 1957 Chris Craft ski boat back...
