1959 Impala Tri Power. Centre Carburetor

Hi All. I'm based in Melbourne, Australia. I haven't posted on this forum for about 5 years.
My question is:- To get my 348 to idle and not to run too rich, I need to screw the air mixture screws in all the way.
I would like to buy a new or reconditioned cast iron carburetor base plate. Any ideas, where I could get one?
Is the one in the photo the correct one for my car? I'm only running the centre carburetor at the moment and
will hopefully be getting them all working this coming Winter. Thanks for any help provided.

Best Regards, Kraza.

... or thecarburetorshopdotcom or carburetor-partsdotcom or speedwaydotcom.

causes for rough idle and too rich condition could be anything. for air mixture screw ~1.5 turn is baseline.
the photo shows a small rochester baseplate with extended shaft.
