I went back and looked at the pictures. It does have the "409" radiator!! So that means it's a 300HP 327 AC car because the 300HP had the 3-core radiator. 250HP 327 w/AC had the 2-core.
I think GM claims complete records starting in 64, before that I believe, its hit and miss..
Whereabouts in Alberta you from crabman?
