I've done that. New disc is a Boninfante. 10 rivets and the splined part of the hub is wider. That looks like an Ace disc.

Nope this was a Boninfante disc lower center is ACE. & RaM to the right

This is a boninfante from Ram. 10 rivet instead of 8 and the splines are a good .150 wider than the Ace below.

The rivets are loose on the Ace after 25 passes. This is the style of hub I sheared the splines off like yours.

The splines appear to be far more robust on the upper picture………Is that because of the wear that took place…….. it doesn’t look like that would be a positive engagement compared to the other
