Hi all. Finally got everyone else's projects done and I have started on mine! I thought I would give an update on the progress so far.

It looks like it will be light enough to not overstress anything too. Sounds like it will be a blast.
I like it! My little 379 is in a 31 Chevy coupe. It is a blast to drive. Of course the engine gets all of the attention where ever I stop!
I guess I should post a before picture so you can see what I started with. I hope you get your pickup done.

I can't wait to get it done. The pictures I posted are what I have got done in a month. I started with a bare model A frame and a cab. I am going to have to take a break for a while so I can finish the house remodel for the wife. At least I have a rolling chassis now so I can move it. I have seen the pictures of your project on here and really like it! Old school hot rods are always in style!

Hi all! Been a while since I have been on here. The house is all done for the wife!! And the hot rod building is back in full swing. The engine came home from the machine shop last week and I have a completed long block on the stand now. Here is a shot of the truck with the cheater slicks. Still have some metal work to do and then time for body work and paint.

A tip for posting pics, after you have uploaded your images make sure you curser is below your text then at the top of the images there is a full screen button, click on that and it will load all the images right into your post. This will allow us to veiw all your images at once in your post rather the having to click on each indevidualy image.
