Regret that Ellen and I won't be attending this year. The 409 powered 55 T-Bird is not quite ready. Good news is the crash damage from the Frito-Lay truck has been repaired by Hill's Thunderbird in Ohio and Marvin Hill and his crew did a fantastic job. Marvin delivered the car to the speed shop in St. Louis, where our grandson some times works when not attending automotive school, in one of his enclosed trailers yesterday. Ellen and I took the Ronnie Russell 409 stroker, the 700R4 transmission, and the other things for installation. The car will be running soon but not in time to make Thompson 2013. Hate to miss after three years in a row. A couple of pictures.
