63 Factory Chrome wheels

How can I be sure of some wheels I spotted to see if these are the 63 factory chrome wheels? The one I dug out is the same as the 62 stock wheel but is chromed.

Sorry I'm no help but wanted to comment. I didn't know there were factory chrome wheels in '63 (or any of the 58-65 years) so I'm hoping others will post up and answer you.
