To show it's a hot Chevy!!!!Why would you leave the fire damage
Nope. Bone stock. I'll keep tabs on the guy. I don't think he understands the value of the car being born with that 348 in it, or what he could build with that 348. Anyway, I think you are looking at the little monitor on the seat. That is the air ride system.Aftermarket efi on that thing?

The 1960 Impala is a "20 footer" so the fire damage is only part of its issues. Any closer and you would see that its an unrestored car that is going to need some serious work soon anyway. I hate the way my wagon looks (I refuse to spend a bunch of money/time on the way it looks until I know the mechanics are mostly sorted after setting for 30 years) but everywhere I go, people absolutely love it. I don't feel any pressure to make my Wagon look better because people drool over it just the way it sets and its barely street legal. Besides I don't care what people think anyway. LOL!Why would you leave the fire damage
He told me how much he paid for it and it was way to much but when you have money to burn you don't seem to care I guess. I'll stick to my factory steel's with dog dishes. Need to get some white wall tires though. I still want the "race on Sunday, sell on Monday" look even with my wagon.Needs to toss those wheels and tires. Car needs a different owner by the sound of it but JMO.
Do you need a anchor for your boat? Sorry, I couldn't resist.Trying to talk him into taking it to the track for some W powered fun. I'll probably end up getting the 348 out of it so he can run his LS.

Bone Stock with an air ride system? Somehow, these two phrases go together like oil and water.
Patina is hot right now.
He was answering the question as to if the engine has EFI. The engine is "bone stock".
That's rust.
A camper that was parked next to the car was plugged in and caught fire an hour later. The car was just parked to close to it. I told him to mount a huge exhaust tip on the corner and no one would question his flame thrower system doesn't work.So how did that beauty get this "patina" anyway? Glad they saved the rest of it anyway!
