Just got home.
The weekend was a blast.
Ran a best of a 12.33 Friday night at the test and tune.
Sunday race car ran 12.46 , 12.45 and dialed in at a 12.47 got a bye and ran a 12.47 then I was sleeping second round with a .325 light but the last time trial I cut a .0009 light that got me the bye run in the first round.
All in all it was a good time and a long day for me.
I will try and get some pictures up tomorrow.

Here is James with Jackson and his shorty dragster:

Jackson lives just a few miles from MO-Kan in a little town called Waco.

We saw several "W" powered vehicles at the car show in Carthage:

Travis and Floyd Horton were there on Sunday, and I think James lined up against Travis one time during time trials:

And on Sunday Mearl joined us at the track, and you can probably imagine that we had a beer on hand:

I don't want to leave out the other forum members who were there. I got to spend a little time visiting with Floyd and Travis, I enjoyed sitting and watching some racing with them, I also ran into Bird Johnson and talked to him for a few minutes.
I've been on this forum for a couple of years now and I still say you all are some of the best people to be around that I've met.
Of course I've known Phil for nearly 20 years but I'm sure he'll grow on me, too. :poke
