8 grand for a 26x32 at 5 inches thick. That includes everything. Kinda made me pucker a little.
They figured off 175 a yard.
I know this won't be cheap, but just hoping for the best deal and the best finished product.
Maybe someone needs a transmission rebuilt

we are about to do a 20x30 butted to the approach for the garage ... plus a 14x12 on the side of the garage. gonna be about 8gs.
Almost double the rate of the 30x40 shop floor/approach 5 years ago.

Maybe pay for the rest of the dirt work needed.
Then I can heal up and get some gravel. After that it's to the car port. Need legs some hat rail and some more tin for the roof.
I want to erect it with a vertical roof. If my figures are correct I have enough used tin to cover half of the roof and close in the west side. Then I will get new for the front half to give curb appeal. No one should see the bake side and if they do, I will ask what their intensions are.

So had the guy show up to get the dirt work finished, he made good progress then got to the point the ground was to hard for his skid steer. He is planning on coming back tomorrow with his cat. Guess what then the rain started. Man I can't catch a break.

We had right at 3 inches in last couple of day's and more to come. I welcome rain anytime, always have . Don't like floods though.
