No more dogs for us. Just lost a cat that we became attached to. Had her for over a year and only a couple weeks in the house.

Sorry for you loss. I lost my childhood dog just as I graduated high school Never forget that Dachshund. Many of the photos I have as a young man working on my 63' Impala and later my 64' Impala have my dachshund setting there watching me wrench in the picture. We now have 4 cats and the oldest is 13-14 and when she goes our house will be shut down for awhile. My wife and I picked her up together at the shelter together when we first started dating. Right after that she won the DesMoines Register Top cat award with a state wide contest to find the "top cat". From shelter to fame!
