It is supposed to be a idler arm for a 60 Chevy but I do not know if it's the monual or power steering type.

The K283 will fit manual and power steering.

Cool! Been picking new Moog parts for the rebuild and this one I could not find listed anywhere. But for 10.00 brand new I could not resist
