I took a floor from a 86 F@#$ and pit im my 69 Step side because it was at the shop and not beat to sh@# plus it was a Fo#$ ,alot easier because the step side was narrower than the full size bed.

Started mocking up the bed sides.. floor cross members are a little too tall. I have cut a 1/2" out of them to let the floor go down so the body lines will match. I decided to cut down the original bed sides because the short sides were just to far gone on the inside.
Just a small update. The bed is all welded and all new brakes are on the truck. Finally found the wheels I was looking for. I got them cleaned up and painted, just need the tires now.
A little progress update.. lowering springs are installed. 3" in the rear 2" in the front.. did some scrubbing with SOS pads. I think it will be great with satin clear.
All the mud work is done... All cleaned with SOS pads.. I have the paint and satin clear.. time to get it all looking old again! Wheels and tires are on too.
