It's always take the guns away from law abiding citizens. They just earmarked 2 billion dollars to the BATF for more enforcement....really, will that stop these shootings or all the others that take place in Chicago, Baltimore, and many other large cities?????

They could take a billion of that money and spend it on protecting our kids in school. Protecting kids is not their agenda, taking our guns is.

Until changes take place in society these senseless killings will continue to take place.

Guns haven't changed in 50 years, society has. There were zero school shootings 50 years ago. Kids took guns in schools and many had them in their cars. But then again, kids brains weren't scrambled with things like this transgender bullshit either.

When I went to high school (mid 70's) there were pickups in the parking lot with "deer" rifles & shotguns in the back window. The guns were probably loaded and the pickup was probably not locked either. We did not have any shootings. I was more worried about the ass whooping I would get when I got home if I "acted up" in school!
I was in a local store Friday and some ladies kid, probably 5 or 6 was squalling and throwing a fit the whole time I was in there. Just wanted to give them BOTH a piece of my mind. Couldn't wait to leave!

Guns have indeed changed in the last 50 years. When I was growing up nobody had or needed all the guns that the US has now certainly not the assault weapons now prevalent. We got along just fine without them. There is a real problem in this country when there are more guns than people.

Spoken in loose, undefined terms like a true liberal who watches MSM. I can 'assault' you with a BB gun. Air pump assault rifle!! No one 'needed' guns when you were growing up because the country at large was still very religious, read CHRISTIAN and still coasting on a post WW2 economic boom. The mental health of American society was at it's peak. The welfare state was still minimal. It wasn't legal to abort a fetus on demand. A man couldn't walk into a women's restroom by simply declaring to be a woman. Society has been inverted, communism is setting in, the right to defend oneself from the government has never been more relevant.

Pretty sure (correct me guys) the Armalite Rifle was designed in 1957. NO, guns have not changed in 50 years. Society has.

Refer to post #7, everything you need to know. Any time the anti gun lobby needs to be inflamed, you can count on the CIA to leverage children against the emotions of the retarded masses in this country. Every. Time.

There is a real problem. It's with how children are brought up. It's the lack of morals and values taught them. I agree we didn't have this problem many years ago. But we did in fact have lots of guns. Although not always, children respected those weapons, took them hunting, some left them in their cars while attending school after hunting in the morning. It's our society that has changed changed, not guns. And the Liberals and most democrats made those changes. Yet the left continues to claim that the right is the racist, hateful, violent side. Look back in American history and you have all the proof you need. The liberal and democrats are in fact the most racist, violent, hateful group there is. The have committed most of the violence in this country.

I challenge you "Geary" to prove that the shooter was "anything" but liberal or democrat.

Let's put a loaded pistol in your car on the front seat and you drive around and see if it kills you. Then let's put a law abiding normal person in there and you would feel safe and he would protect you if your life were threatened. Then let's put a crazy deranged crinimal person in with you and see how safe you feel then. The gun didn't kill you did it???? Times have changed people for the worst ,laws that let criminals back on the street everyday. In my community druggys are caught and killers jailed for life ,the way it should be.

Not Geary here, but.....my answer Jeff....it called itself transgender...need I say more. A very confused person indeed.
Geary will not answer because liberals and most democrats can't argue or discuss facts. They only argue or discuss feelings or opinions that way they cannot be held accountable for their beliefs or opinions. And if Geary does reply, there will be no specifics or facts to any questions. Vague references and more feelings and opinions. People need only look back at history. It's obvious when you look at the facts. Liberals and Democrats. The most violent, most racist, most hateful. When they don't get their way, they loot, commit arson, murder, bomb buildings, kill officers, assault people, damage property, try to ruin peoples lives, etc.. What say you Geary?

Everything stated above 110%. Flip gender roles, dissolve the family, devalue the dollar so both parents work 40+ hours a week, put everyone on SSRI's, promote sex and pornography to young people, glorify violence with these dumb ass video games, and BAM! Deranged 'transgender' lunatics shooting innocent people every week.

I don't mean to be a jerk but this s--t really isn't hard to figure out Geary. Don't fall victim to the crap they feed you on TV.

The funny thing about SSRI's ( depression & anxiety meds ) I read an article in Time Magazine. ( please don't hold me to the exact date ) somewhere around the late 80's I think. They said in 10 years half of America would be on the meds. I thought it was impossible. I refused to believe it. But yet, about 10 years later, it happened. It was the first time that I watched in real time, the population being manipulated by pharmaceutical companies and doctors. I am not one of these conspiracy nuts that think all doctors or pharmaceutical companies are out to get everyone. However, when it comes to these meds. They said they would do it, and they did it.
