Hi Folks,
I picked up another car today. I was finally getting caught up on some things around the house and around other people's houses they wanted help with. Then a friend called about a car an older couple needs to sell. Never thought I'd see something like this again in my lifetime. It's another '64 Impala (of course!) 4 door hardtop, 54,000 miles, interior is almost like new, 283, pg, ps, pb. Some of the car is in primer but this car has almost no rust. The car is basically a one-owner, owned by the father and son since new. The son acquired it in 1977, drove it very little in 3 years then parked it in the same spot in the garage for the next 35 years.
I've owned a '64 and a '63 before that were both Janesville cars, being built only 60 miles from my house. We've had 3 other '62-'64's in the family and I've seen dozens of Janesville '64's in junkyards and at car shows. Now I own a St. Louis SS (Super Sport) and Flint SS (Sport Sedan).
