does anyone readjust their hydraulic roller lifters after winter storage?

does anyone know what the measurement is between the v at the bottom of the cross flag and the top of 0 on the 409 badges on the front fender of a 1962 impala is?

I only have about 3in of adjustment left, that's why I was thinking of stiffer springs

is anyone running front coil overs on a 1962 impala? If so, what lb. spring are you using, I have 400 lb. springs and feel the frontend needs to go higher and the adjuster is about 3in from the top of the shock

thanks for the info, guys, I have tubular control arms on my impala and it looks like the longer tube on the upper faces front

does anyone know if the upper control arms have a left and right and how to tell which is which

I installed a March Serpentine kit on my 1962 Impala. The Impala came wtih factory power steering. I think back in the day it was called power assist. I rebuilt the power assist because it leaked. The unit was adjusted according to the rebuild instructions, so the cylinder didn't go in or out...

I'm looking a converting my drive belt system on my 1962 409 impala to a serpentine belt system. my question is will the new modern power steering pump on these systems work with the power assist on my impala or will they make to much pressure

what will i have to do to convert my 62 power steering (what i think was called power assist) to a up dated power steering

new to 348/409 and rebuilding my 1962 impala i bought when i was 18 and i'm 63 now
