    Chevelle 300

Well that brings a tear to my eye, thanks for ruining my Sunday morning Dewey! I don't know anything special about the 300 other than it's a post car that caught my eye because of the shorter trunk and looked better to me, than the Malibu that was the big seller back then. (1990) This Hemmings...

    Edelbrock Heads

I have never owned a set of aluminum heads and learned a little while purchasing and installing them recently. Some of this may have been brought up on a previous thread that I don't remember. First of all, don't pay $1000.00 or more each for them. I shopped online and found them for $907.00...

    Best of the best

Beautiful car, congratulations on your awards! :clap I know your chest is way out there for sure. I won Super Chevy two years (93-94) at Pomona with a 65 Chevelle 300 Deluxe that I built back then. I will never forget that feeling! :cheers Ken

    Moe's 409 is a WINNER!!!!!!

Thank you for the kind words. It was a good day made better by meeting Dewey and his 13 year old son who are just getting started on their 64 Impala 409 project together. Nothing better than the together part! Remember, I'm an old retired guy with plenty of free time if you need a hand along the...

What is the trick to installing a motor in a 61-64 fullsize Chevy??

I rented a nice heavy duty, long boom, hoist at the local rental yard for $26.00. It worked great and came in five snap together pieces.
