thanks for the leads! gener-nator.com says they cant because it has the power steering reservoir on it. I dont plan on doing it myself but I dont mind sending it out to be converted.

I have heard this for years and to this day I have never found any vin stamped on the 61-64 frame. We swap frames all the time. prefferably for a 1 piece boxed frame.
