This could not be more timely. About 2 weeks ago, one of the patients at the hospital pushes the call cord for the nurse. The nurse at the station picks up the phone to answer the call and see what the patient wants, and to call her nurse. I guess the patient had been a little difficult to deal with, so the nurse says ok and hangs up the phone and begins talking a bunch of stuff about the patient. The problem is the phone is not hung up and the patient is recording it from her bed. Needless to say, we had replace the complete nurse station, the hospital administrators got involved. Don't know what all happened to the nurse, but she definitely didn't have a nice day or week
