Phil it sounds like the one I bought in Illinois, it looked like s--t and was a tall order to finish. If you like send it out to me, we have already done what

We all ready have the saws-all, hammer and chisel, welder, and a pallet board of bondo, and all metal, that should do it. Hurry though.... I can hear the rust from here....
