Offers a lot of bang for the buck. On 1/3 acre of ground in a decent area, that house could fetch $275,000.00 to $300,000.00. Now, that same house in Rockland County, about 40 miles south of me and 25 miles from NYC, will cost you $450,000.00 to $500,000.00. If you go north of me into the adjoining county, you're lucky to get $200,000.00 to $225,000.00 for that same house. Guess location is everything, Carmine.
