Sometimes we all get a “wild hair”. I got one today and bought the old proverbial barn find.
It’s a 32 Ford 3 Window all steel original Henry car with rumble sets.
The last time it was registered was 1967 in Alaska!
I figured since Phil is always raiding Texas I would pick off something from his second home
In full disclosure, the car was built in Texas, taken to Alaska, then moved back here and has been setting since 1967-68.
It’s powered with a original 64 Corvette 327 365 HP with a Muncie 4 speed.
Now, I’m going to use the car to begin the process of teaching one of my grandsons how to build a car. In this process I will do the frame off stuff, but I think I’m going to pull the 327 and put in a 409 I have with Algon FI.
My question is who has updated one of the Algon units to a modern day system.
