Thanks Keith, I watch his videos all of the time. The spot blaster looks like a good idea on the plug welds. I even have one of those blasters, haven't tried it yet though. The weld trough primer is a necessary evil on panels that overlap. I have spot welded (with the HF spot welder), a few panels together with no issue. But the coating on the new panels has no conductivity to use the spot welder on it.

I thought when he was using his spot welder he was removing all of the EDP coating, And then using his weld through primer
