If you do go with a 5 speed look into the richmond 5 speed instead of TKO. Less floor modification needed and you can still use a stock center console. I'm going 5 speed since my car will spend a lot of time on Highways with a 70 mph speed limit, but I am also starting to lean towards a hydraulic clutch as my knees are getting older.
