Just got back from a weeks vacation with my wife & son at Universal Studio in CA. Now I need a rest.
Still planning on coming. Need to do a few things to the car before I leave on Thursday. If everything goes okay we (Lee & me) should be in sometime Friday afternoon. Plan on going to the strip to drop off the car & trailer. We are staying at the Super 8. See you all soon. Joel

I talked with Kathy at the track today and I have the following information.
The track gate will be opened at noon Friday. There is a car show in the north pits on Friday and we are welcome to join the show.
The track does have racing fuel (110) available at $8.00 a gallon. That is the same price I pay at Woodburn Dragstrip.
I'll see everybody Friday. Safe travels.

Car completed
Will be leaving here Thursday morning should be there sometime Friday afternoon. Will be traveling across 80 to Reno, down to Sacramento & up to Eureka. Does anyone know if the wild fires & smoke will be a problem?

We are on our ways.... Left yesterday (Tuesday) and drove to Crater Lake area in Oregon. Plan to stay at the track, but may have to change those plans when Linda finds out she sleeping in the truck ???? Should be there on Friday if the plans stay together. Looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Bill if you and Linda are staying at the track, you are more than welcome to stop by our hotel and run through the shower if needed, Chip and us will be there hopefully by 3:00 friday, will make reservations for 7 :30 fri eve for bbq if that works for everyone? Pat

Sitting at the Mill Casino in Coos Bay, OR, a little less than half way to Samoa Dragstrip. Should arrive there between noon and 1pm. This is going to be fun!
